2013: The first-generation 50W Class A amplifier, A5, was launched.

February 2019: A5.2 features an upgraded main amplifier board and power protection board, significantly improving sound quality and reliability.

January 2024: A5.3 is released, featuring comprehensive AP-assisted design, testing, and tuning, as well as extensive sound testing.

Core Circuitry

Utilizes a fully symmetrical X-Amp ultra-fast power amplification circuit.

No audio input/decoupling capacitors, pure DC design, and wide high and low frequency extension. Reference unit is the Burmester 956.

Excellent control: This amplifier features a high damping coefficient, providing powerful control.

High resolution, balanced and transparent sound across the three frequency ranges, making it an invaluable HiFi tool.

High-end 500W Nippon Steel transformer. No vibration or noise, low voltage drop due to pure copper wire winding

Comprehensive speaker protection

4 pairs of precision-matched Sanken C2922/A1216 tubes, 2 pairs per channel, powerful enough to drive floorstanding speakers

Standard version uses: 12 Japanese-made Rubycon 50V 10000uF audio electrolytic capacitors

BC capacitor version uses: 12 Vishay BC, LL long-life, 056 series audiophile-grade audio filtering electrolytic capacitors

Left and right channels are completely independent, reducing crosstalk interference

CNC machined standard-size all-aluminum chassis

All units and finished boards are soldered with American ALPHA solder wire, ensuring stable soldering quality, low internal resistance, bright finish, and strong oxidation resistance

Quality Assurance

To ensure quality, every unit undergoes comprehensive AP testing to ensure it meets design specifications.

Tests include: bandwidth, noise (signal-to-noise ratio), dynamic range, distortion, intermodulation distortion, channel separation, amplification, etc.

72-hour stress test on the entire unit, 1-hour stress test at full 8-ohm amplifier load, and over 1 hour of listening practice.
